Watermill Wharf
wharf.jpg

Conversion of five railway arches at the entrance to Rochester Bridge for use as offices, craft workshops or community business users. The design for refurbishing the Watermill Wharf arches was to provide flexible workspaces as part of a new Community Enterprise Business Hub at Strood Riverside. The scale and volume of the existing spaces will be retained. The approach to the internal spaces will allow maximum flexibility and allow more attention to be focussed on a series of vibrant, colourful entrances on the north side and a corresponding series of display windows on the south side.”
