Bloomfields is pleased to have successfully obtained planning permission for the conversion of three large portal-framed buildings into detached dwellings. Following the Council’s determination that permitted development rights would not be available for the change of use of the buildings due to the imposition of a restrictive condition, we have managed to work with Officers to ensure that planning permission should nevertheless be granted for residential development.
