Conversion of farm building in sought after rural location into a home with garden and far reaching views

Bloomfields have gained permission for the change of use of a former agricultural store building to residential using the Class Q permitted development rights. The scheme included all building operations required to facilitate the conversion into an open plan two bedroom house.

Within the application Bloomfields provided a robust case with supporting information to prove that the conversion was structurally feasible and the works could be carried out without the need for major rebuilding and therefore its use could be changed to a residential one.
