Certificate of lawful use for an unrestricted dwelling

Bloomfields has successfully obtained a Lawful Use Certificate for a former rural workers dwelling which was restricted by an occupancy condition to “a person solely or mainly employed or last employed locally in agriculture”.

Within the submission Bloomfields provided a robust case with supporting information and evidence to show that the use of the property as a dwelling for a period in excess of 10 years did not comply with the original condition.

The Certificate provided our client with the necessary assurance that the continued use of this building is now immune from any enforcement action and lawful.
