The quality of our work and the service we provide is only as good as our team. They are a key component of Bloomfields. Together we have extensive experience of planning issues across a broad spectrum of urban and rural environments.

Here is a brief profile of each member of the team:

Anna Bloomfield   BA (Hons) MRTPI (Managing Director)

Anna has 34 years experience of working in the planning profession.  She started the practice in 1994, having worked in planning consultancy since 1986 and previously been employed for nine years by three Local Planning Authorities (two in the south east). Since 1994 she has been retained by two national General Aviation (GA) organisations as their Planning Co-ordinator and has advised parliamentary spokesmen on GA related planning matters.  Anna also acts for a wide range of clients mainly in the south east.  Her experience is wide ranging and embraces all aspects of residential, commercial and other development.

Jane Court   TechRTPI   (Practice Manager)

Jane has brought an extensive technical planning knowledge and administrative skills to the company.  She provides support to the planners as well as performing an administrative role in the day to day running of the company.  Her 28 years experience has been gained from full and part time work in both local authorities at County and District level and private practice.  In 2002 she joined Anna to help set up Bloomfields and now continues her role as Company Secretary and Practice Manager.

Carol Jackson (Technical Support)

 

Carol has been supporting Bloomfields since May 2009 and has brought a wealth of technical knowledge and experience in visual presentation and graphic design, and provides essential technical support to the team. She has 18 years experience overall within a technical support role.
