Where appropriate, Bloomfields can act as lead consultants, overseeing project management of the planning application process. This may involve bringing together a bespoke project team, advising on a strategy for submission of an application and co-ordination of the professional team, including architects, solicitors, highway consultants and environmental specialists.

Most planning applications now require a Design and Access Statement. We can prepare these or work in association with architects to do so. A comprehensive, carefully reasoned statement is often the key to achieving planning permission, without the need to submit revised proposals or lodge an appeal.
