When we are called upon to act as expert witness at appeals or call-in Inquiries, we often also instruct Counsel direct. We have a good working relationship with members of the Planning Bar and have extensive experience of preparing instructions and co-ordinating the work of other consultants within the project team. Counsel is also instructed when legal opinions are required in relation to other planning matters.
